Agreement
By purchasing a wash, membership, or related service from Washer Care Plus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tunnel or lot services.
Services
We provide exterior car wash services and optional interior cleaning as described on our menu. Results vary with vehicle condition, prior paint health, and how long contaminants have sat on the surface. A wash is not paint correction, dent repair, or ceramic coating installation unless expressly sold as a separate service.
Vehicle condition and risk
You are responsible for securing loose parts, folding mirrors when appropriate, closing windows, and disclosing fragile aftermarket accessories. Older clear coat, existing swirls, rock chips, and peeling film can become more visible after cleaning. Soft cloth procedures reduce risk but cannot eliminate all risk inherent to mechanical washing.
Payment and memberships
Posted prices apply unless a promotion or membership rate is confirmed at purchase. Memberships may auto renew according to the plan you select until canceled under the membership rules provided at signup. Unused washes do not always roll over — see your plan details.
Lot rules
Follow attendant instructions, painted lane markings, and speed expectations on the property. We may refuse service for unsafe vehicles, aggressive behavior, or loads that cannot safely clear tunnel equipment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by California law, Washer Care Plus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any liability related to a specific visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
