Before you drive over

Peak waits often land mid morning on weekends and late afternoon on weekdays. If your vehicle sits unusually low, is wrapped, or carries a fragile spoiler, call ahead so we can brief the tunnel crew. For Interior Bay, expect a little extra time beyond the exterior conveyor.
You can also send a short note with your city, vehicle type, and preferred package. We reply with timing guidance and any height clearance notes. After install, a form plugin can be wired into this block — until then phone and email remain the primary paths.

Finding the entrance

Look for the Washer Care Plus signage on Oxnard Street. Entrance lanes are marked for cars and taller vehicles. Please follow painted arrows and attendant directions they keep the tunnel safe and the queue fair. Ride shares dropping passengers should use the designated curb zone rather than blocking the pay window.
