Pull into the entrance lane and read the package board. Attendants can help match Quick Lane, Plus Shine, or Interior Bay to your vehicle’s condition. Payment happens before the tunnel. If you have a membership tag or code, mention it here so the gate system recognizes you.
Roll up windows, fold mirrors if directed, and remove drive-through toys from the dash. For Interior Bay packages, you may be guided to a vacuum stall before or after the exterior tunnel depending on queue flow that hour.
High pressure and foam loosen dust, pollen, and light oils before cloth contact. Bug prep stages target leading edges when your package includes them. This is the moment that separates a careful wash from foam theater.
Soft cloth media contacts the paint with lubricated foam. Wheel stages blast and clean barrels and tires on Plus Shine and above. Crew members watch for low spoilers and aftermarket body kits that need a slower approach.
Spot free rinse water reduces mineral spotting. High velocity air removes bulk water. Hand wipe packages catch mirror edges, door jambs, and glass so you do not leave with drip trails across a clean door.
You reclaim the vehicle on the exit apron, confirm nothing was left in vacuum bays, and head back toward Oxnard Street. If something looks off — a missed mirror or a smear — stop an attendant before you leave the lot so we can fix it while you are still here.
